It’s no secret that there is a shortage of trained and skilled security professionals, but there is no shortage of people who could be building careers in the cyber industry. That’s why ReliaQuest, a global leader in cybersecurity, has made it a part of their mission to educate students and veterans about job opportunities in cyber—starting as early as third grade!

ReliaQuest has overcome this skills deficit through a heavy investment in skill-development through simulation, which has dramatically accelerated the learning process. This approach has improved our ability to hire and develop our team so we can help our customers deliver the security outcomes that matter.

We have taken that a step further to share our training methodology with the community – from veteran transition programs to universities to elementary school programs–to create more opportunities to learn cybersecurity. Along the way, we’ve learned even more about how to optimize training to equip the hundreds of cybersecurity technologists and analysts to get started, grow and retain talent.
